Hand-harvested. Organic farming. Fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and aged in barrique. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfur. Floral aromas and notes of ripe stone fruits.
On the palate, hints of stewed yellow plums and peaches, bitter almonds, and a long mineral finish.
