Sourced and hand harvested from Alegria, Becnel andBoschetti Vineyards, some of Russian River Valley’s premier Zinfandel vineyards, the fruit for this delicious wine was chosen for superior quality and variety. In warmer reaches of the valley where old vines persevere, grapes ripen over an extended season to develop wonderfully complex flavors.
Following careful cluster sorting, each pick is fermented separately with select yeast strains in both small open-top French oak vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine is gently pressed off and aged in oak before the winemaker's barrel selection to blend this, Our Finest Selection.
