del Maguey Mezcal San Pablo Ameyaltepec Single Village

Del Maguey San Pablo Ameyaltepec is also known as the Papalote de Puebla and is part of the Del Maguey Vino de Mezcal collection. This mezcal is made by mezcalero Aurelio Gonzalez Tobon.

This is a very floral mezcal that has notes of spice, lilac and tropical fruit. The agave Tobala gives this mezcal bright citrus notes that balance with its creamy texture. Newer batches may also contain small amounts of agave Pizorra (Marmorata), which is part of the same genetic family as Tepextate.
