Decibel Chardonnay Hawke's Bay 'Testify' 2019

Bright, light straw-yellow, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is gently full, elegantly presented, nuances of almond nougat, barrel flint interweave lemon sherbet, stonefruit and white spice, underlying a hint of yoghurt. Medium-bodied, the palate is focused and poised, aromas of lemon sherbet, pink grapefruit intermix with white peach, followed by prickly spices, almond nougat and soft meringue.

The mouthfeel is lightly creamed along an ethereal fine-textured phenolic/ mineral line with good energy.
