De Fermo Vino Bianco "Concrete" 2021

The 2021 Bianco Concrete is spicy yet airy and fresh with nuances of ground ginger and cardamom giving way to musky peach. Its soft textures soothe as mineral-tinged pear and yellow apple tones settle upon the senses. This finishes with a pleasant inner sweetness that lingers, along with hints of apricot and honeydew melon.

The 2021 puts on no airs, yet it is totally captivating. The Concrete Bianco is a blend of 50% Pecorino and 40% Chardonnay, along with another 10% mix of interplanted white varieties.
