Crushing and destemming. Soft press in pneumatical press. Fermentation at 14ºc for 20 days approx. Wine is softly fined and filtered before bottling.
Straw yellow color. Very aromatic, notes of tropical fruits stand out. It is a balanced and light wine. Wine with a grapefruit nose. Clean bright citrus flavor with a peachy finish.
