Garganega 100% on 25-year-old vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked in October and brought to the cellar in crates. Maturation for 5 months in steel tanks until late spring.
It presents a subtle aroma, featuring fruity and floral notes. Upon tasting, the influence of the volcanic soil becomes evident, imparting a saline and mineral essence. This wine embodies a youthful and invigorating character.
