Barolo Prapò presents itself with an intense garnet red color, which tends to acquire orange reflections with aging. On the nose, deep aromas of ripe fruit emerge, such as cherries and plums, enriched by nuances of tobacco, leather and sweet spices, including vanilla and cinnamon, a legacy of long aging in wood.
On the palate, the wine exhibits remarkable complexity, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent freshness that leads to a long and pleasantly bitterish finish. This Barolo is ideal for pairing with intense dishes, such as roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.
