David Arthur Cabernet Sauvignon Elevation 1147 2014

Our 2014 Elevation 1147 has an intensely deep ruby color witha violet rim that offers an immense array of aromas from wildblackberry, cassis, followed by licorice candy, brown sugar notes,cocoa nibs and hints of black tea as well as garrigue of sage-mint.The palate is rich, yet soft and plush offering polished tannins thatare broad and chewy carrying into a long finish with flavors ofblackberry, dark cherry and light baking spices. Best from 2017to 2037.

The flagship wine, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Elevation 1147, is all Cabernet Sauvignon compared to the Old Vine, which is 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petit Verdot, and the Three Acre that is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with 2% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
