The deeply colored 2013 vintage of Cypress Vineyards Merlot offers varietal aromas of black currant and ripe plum, complemented by a bouquet of toasty oak. Structure and fruit signature are enhanced by inclusion of the red blending varieties. The wonderfully comfortable palate weight finishes with ripe, soft tannin. This delicious wine pairs with grilled portabello kabobs or barbecued short ribs.
