IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Bright ruby-red. Deep, ripe scents of blackberry, dark chocolate and licorice. Concentrated, plush and broad, conveying a riper, sweeter character than the 2015 Malbec. Tight-grained but supple, combining good density and energy. Finishes with ripe, building tannins and rising floral, dark-chocolatey length.
Vibrant ruby in the glass with aromas of ripe red berries and blackberries on the nose. Cuvelier Los Andes winemaker Adrin Manchn blends 24 Cabernet Sauvignon, 5 Merlot and 3 Petit Verdot and Malbec for this vintage.
Food pairings: venison filet mignon with red wine gravy, grilled bison strip steaks, goose and duck sausage cassoulet.-
