This dry, mineral-driven Crémant is made from biodynamically grown grapes from the rolling hillsides around the village of Riquewihr. It shows a chiseled quality to its flavors of lemon confit, crushed rocks, white flowers, and tangerine. The wine shows beautiful lift and grace.
Blend: 60% Pinot Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Riesling, 10% Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Noir
