Domaine de Guillaman Cotes de Gascogne Rose 2021

A Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%) make up this delightfully crisp and easy-drinking rosé from the Ferret family vineyards in Gascony.

Harvested at low temperature, cool-fermented and matured on fine lees for the gentlest of blushing in appearance. The nose is fresh and inviting with hints of exotic and citrus fruits, the palate crisp and refreshing, hints of sweet berries tempered by pink grapefruit for a clean, fruity finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled fish, salads or soft cheeses.
