Côtes de Beaune La Grande Chatelaine Blanc 2017

The Côte de Beaune blanc from the La Grande Châtelaine single vineyard initially hides behind a reductive note that reminds one a little of flint, petrol and marrow bone, before the overlying perfume of cedrat lemons, stone fruit and a little pineapple becomes more obvious.

The young wine still needs a little time to find its feet, but it certainly already seems appetizing, and of course a decanter always helps in cases like this.
