All fruit is de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast in large, old foudre and aged in them as well. The nose showcases a lovely intensity of red berry fruits intermingled with notes of peonies, lilacs, peppery spice and dried herbs.
On the palate, Le Clos offers succulent juicy fruit concentration and amazing mineral precision with focused tannins and refreshing acidity that lead into a persistent, silky finish. Enjoy with Rosette de Lyon or Sabodet Lyonnais.
