DESCRIPTION
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle and Sauvignon blanc. The highest vineyards in Aix-enProvence at 350-500 meters above sea-level. Soil is clay-chalk-rock mix, remarkably complex due to its situation on an ancient fault line.
Plates form layers of iron rich calcaire, clay/calcaire, galet, and marneux. Vines have an average age of 30 years-old. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank.
