Geoffroy prepares only a few hundred bottles of this Coteaux Champenois Blanc. The Pinot Meunier vines in the plot "Moulin à Vent" are more than 60 years old.
The wine is aged in used wooden barrels. Intense fruit, stimulating juiciness, nutty spice and a touch of fine cider characterize this exciting, compact and mineral white wine, which is neither fined nor filtered and receives only a minimal addition of sulfur.
