Chauvet Frères Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge 2020

The dress is very dark purple, almost opaque. The nose is fine and ripe, between black fruit coulis and subtle toasted and spicy notes. The mouth is round, velvety, deploying a luscious, fleshy substance, with intense ripe fruit, refreshed by a trickle of carbon dioxide (removable by "agitated" aeration). 

The finish reveals a gourmet chew, even more fruity and fresh than the mouth, with a persistence on black cherry, cocoa and grilled spices.
