The Cote mas Crémant de Limoux is a lovely dry pink with delicate and persistent bubbles and bright acidity. It's crafted in the Méthode Traditionelle style and sees one-year aging en tirage. The fresh palate delivers flavors of pear, peach, biscotti, green apple, strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of blood orange all punctuated by a mineral-driven finish.
