Rich, intense, fruity (cherry and blackcurrant) with woody notes.Full, round and generous with silky tannins and fine acidity.The "Clos de Langres Monopole" cuvée of the Domaine d'Ardhuy is a full, full and generous red wine that will age perfectly between 10 and 15 years.

This hand-harvested wine is aged in 30% new oak barrels for about a year before being bottled without fining with a light filtration. Serve with red meat, grilled or in sauce, lamb, vegetable wok or strong cheeses.
