COS Zibibbo in Pithos 2020

A legendary producer of natural wines in Sicily whose influence the entire movement in southern Italy. Zibibbo, the local name for Muscat of Alexandria, sourced from an organic vineyards in Marsala, Sicily. Spontaneous fermentation lasting ten to fifteen days with indigenous yeast in amphorae before aging in amphorae for a further six additional months.

Skin contact for the grapes as well, giving the wine a amber-yellow hue and mild tannin.
