100% Nero d'Avola spontaneously fermented in terra cotta amphorae. Deep red. Spicy, dried Mediterranean Herbs and bright red cherry and floral perfume. Then fresh but dense with stony nuances to the herb and red/dark fruit flavours. Finishes long with tarry elements.
