Prominent dark fruit flavors. Nice smooth wine
Colour: Intense ruby red. Bouquet: Intense, delicate, and ethereal with the scent of spices and vanilla. Flavor: Warm, full-bodied with the scent of fruit that recalls Amarone. Food Pairing: This wine is served with all kinds of meat, including white meat, stews, and mature cheeses.
Deep purple color with almost imperceptible tears on the side of the glass. Rich fruit aromas. The first impression is a mouthful of chocolate! Unexpected for a Valpolicella, so maybe it’s the Ripasso. Smooth finish with a slightly spicy aftertaste. Excellent.
