Owned and operated by Andrew Webber and Darek Bell, Corsair Artisan Distillery is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky as well as Nashville, Tennessee. Produced in very small batches, Corsair Spiced Rum is handcrafted from sustainably harvested citrus peels, whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, anise and allspice, as well as a variety of other spices and botanicals. The resulting spirit is smooth and full-flavored with pronounced notes of baking spice backed by layers of orange, lemon and vanilla. (92º) Produced from Madagascar vanilla bean, orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, anise, all-spice and other sustainably harvested spices and botanicals, this spiced run was aged in new American oak barrels.
