Conterno Fantino Barolo Sori Ginestra 2016

Deep ruby red with garnet hues and a powerful, lingering nose. Rich and austere with great balance between the tannins and acidity. This can be enjoyed with red meat and game dishes. Excellent with rabbit.

Very ripe strawberries with hints of dried flowers and incense on the nose. Some lilacs, too. A full-bodied Barolo, yet it’s tight and very well formed with precision and texture. Beautiful combination of ripe fruit and tannins.
