Conterno Fantino Barolo Castelletto Vigna Pressenda 2014 |
Aromas of cedar, espresso and a balsamic note come to the forefront. The solid palate delivers cherry jam, toast and licorice alongside assertive tannins that grip the finish. Pefumed, violets, sweet and sour red berries, some sweet spices, also some vein of minerality and a touch of dark chocolate. Medium+ bodied, nervous and tense, with medium-high super silky tannin and super high fresh acidity. Super elegant and full of finesse and tension.
