Conde de Valdemar Crianza 2012 |
The 2012 Crianza displays an intense red cherry color, clean and bright. On the nose, fine aromas to mature fruit dominate, combined with spicy notes, cocoa and balsamic touches. In mouth, it is rounded, expressive and well balanced. Very long and persistent finish.
It is the perfect wine to accompany stews, roasts and grilled red meat, as well as mature cheeses and cold meats.
Blend: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Garciano
A classic Rioja, Conde Valdemar Crianza judiciously combines fruit and oak.
This Spanish red wine is made from a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo coming from estate-owned vines harvested in October.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under a strict temperature control.
After that, the resulting wine was aged for 13 months in American oak barrels.
