Collardot Bourgogne Blanc Les Petits Poirers 2020 (6/750ml) 2020

Lovely - some richness, a touch of toffee, ripe yellow fleshed stone fruits. There is a broad thread of good acidity though, keeping this lifted and with bounce.

Ripe and nicely fresh aromas of pear, apple and a hint of citrus precede succulent, round and plump middle weight flavors that possess a cleansing bitter lemon character on the acceptably long and complex finale.
