Malolactic fermentation and sur-lie aging is completed in a blend of vat, French, and American barrels to create a fruit-forward, easy style while maintaining the complexity of Oregon Pinot Noir.
Pinot Noir grapes harvested in late Septemer through October. Grapes are primarily Dijon clones for a fruit-forward style, with a small blend of Pommard to uphold the tradition and earth of Pinot Noir.
