Col Vetoraz's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 2020 comes from the high hills facing west of Valdobbiadene, where maturation is ideal for producing this sparkling wine.

The Glera grapes are harvested and selected rigorously by hand, the harvest takes place during the second half of September. The vinification is in white with soft pressing. After static decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature, the second fermentation takes place with refermentation in large containers according to the Charmat method. It then continues, with the refinement from one to three months on its lees.

Col Vetoraz Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut 2020 has a pale straw yellow colour. The perlage is fine and persistent, and the foam is creamy. The nose releases a delicate and slightly aromatic scent, with floral notes of rose, citrus, acacia, vine flower and fruity notes of white peach, pear and apple. On the palate, the taste is dry and intense, devoid of angularity, with a savory finish.
