• Cognac produced at Domaine Pasquet in Eraville, France • Appellation Cognac Grande Champagne Contrôlée • Fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks for 5–6 days • 100% Grand Champagne Ugni Blanc twice distilled on the lees in a 2000-liter, gas-burning Charentais pot still • The number of casks in the blend is indicated on the back label • Aged a minimum 7 years; matured approximately 12 months in 1-year-old 400-liter French Limousin casks before being transferred to used barrels • Certified organic farming by Bureau Veritas (FR-BIO-10) and certified USDA organic • No additives • Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV
