Bright fruit, spice, texture, and all of the tannin are hallmarks of the high-elevation vineyards of Lake County. The palate offers blackberry, black cherry, molasses and dried herbs wrapped around molten chocolate and dried tobacco leaf, with dry, mouthwatering finish.

The dark fruits, Old World characters, and dried herbs come from the lower elevations of north Napa County.
