Notes of white sesame with roasted grapefruit zest, citrus, watermelon, wild strawberries and peppery berries. Mineral, ethereal and there is almost a “sulfurous” sensibility.
Juicy and nervy on the palate with firm and deliciously austere tannins that have dissolved into the wine. Very tight and mealy with serious structure and length.
