The Chono Single Vineyard Syrah is an intense ruby red in color with aromas of red fruits such as strawberries along with blueberries, toasted bread crusts, and dried fruitssuch as figs and prunes. The palate is voluminous and fresh with velvety tannins that encourage aging.
Ideal with grilled game meats such as boar and venison, fatty fowl such as duck and pheasant, or strong cheeses such as Roquefort.
