Using grapes grown in the cool climate region of Monterey County in California’s central coast, Chloe Pinot Noir exudes fruit forward flavors and aromas of wild strawberry, plum, and cherry, with hints of spicy clove which adds richness and complexity.
Baked cherry, boysenberry, violet and baking spice show on the nose of this widely available bottling. Clean crisp flavors of red currant are tart, tightly wound and zippy.
A plush, velvety mouthfeel is followed by an undeniably, satisfying finish with soft notes of spicy clove and vanilla.
