Chinon "Les Picasses", Chateau de Coulaine 2018

The frank and ample mouth, with its melted graphite tannins are typical of the expression of this cuvée, very solar and concentrated. It benefits from a very good aging potential (15 years), favored by a 1-year aging in barrels, 15% of which are new.

The best times to taste this wine are with family or friends, easily with grilled red meats, local cuisine. For the more seasoned, a leg of lamb or a roasted duck will make good allies.
