Zorah does his viticulture at high altitudes, ranging between 1400-1500 meters above sea level. Chilar grapes are collected from old, local, small vineyards of the Zorah estate. These were harvested at the end of September.
Picked by hand. Only the very best bunches were selected for harvest.
