• 100% Chenin Blanc • Grown in the Schist soils on Roundstone, the home site of Mullineux • Sustainably farmed Chenin Blanc bush vines produce small clusters, tiny grapes, and thicker skins, which lend to the structure of this wine and are planted on a contour to conserve soil integrity and ensure erosion control • Native yeast fermentation and only minimal sulfur added at bottling • Once all the natural yeast and microbes completed their predestined purpose, the wine was left to settle on its own voluntarily • Matured for 11 months in 4th fill 500L French oak barrels
