Situation
The vineyard is situated in the Cotes de Bordeaux-Cadillac appellations, and encompasses 65 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay “terroir”, benefit from favorable south-south east facing slopes and plateaus
Vinification
Grapes are handpicked in small crates, hand destemmed then fermented in barrels of vinification (500 liters) of French oak. The ageing of 15 months takes place in 225 liters barrels.
Tasting
Deep plum color as well as a gorgeous nose of blackcurrant, blueberries and subtle toasty notes. Lush and fleshy and opulent, it offers an impressive length with a nice freshness. To be served at 16º-18ºC with meat end cheese.
