DESCRIPTION
To craft our Reserve Chardonnay, we harvest fruit from such outstanding Sonoma County vineyards as Robert Young, Belle Terre, Durell and Cold Creek. Each vineyard lot remains separate as it is fermented in small French oak barrels and aged sur-lie for 17 months. We select individual barrels of the best lots for the final blend.
The Chardonnay Reserve is floral and lifted in style. Orchard fruit, mint, pineapple and a kiss of new French oak are all laced together in a very pretty, mid-weight Chardonnay.
