Chateau Rauzan-Segla Margaux 1983

The wine took time to open, but when it did, a beautiful, earthy, tobacco and floral scented wine smiled and said hello. Structured, tannic and slightly austere with ample concentration and depth of flavors to continue aging and evolving.

This tasted much younger than a 27 year old wine.
