Chateau Potensac (from Leoville Las Cases)

Medium to deep ruby-red with a paler purple rim. Aromas are of plums, there are minty hints with some graphite & cedar. On the palate juicy & leafy cassis is supported by lively acidity.

A fine tannic structure has good grip, becoming a little drying by the finish. Alcohol is well balanced & the finish lasts quite well, thought the finish is a little linear & fine
