The worst company to buy wine from ever

Terrible experience with customer service lying for a month before offering to cancel the order. I places the order on April 3, nothing happened other than charging my credit card for two weeks when I called them and they lied they shipped in on the day. Another week passed when I called, they said nothing was sent so far, but now they will send immediately via Fedex and will send me the tracking number. A few days after they called me that the wine is no longer available, despite one could still order from their webpage. After some difficulties they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. I ordered the same wine from another company and they delivered it within a week. Never anything from Wine Chateu again, forget them and go somewhere else.
