Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron

Deep, dark ruby-red color with purple hues at the rim. On the nose cassis & blackberry fruit is overlaid by graphite, cedar and toasty oak notes. Crunchy, blackcurrant fruit on the palate is lifted superbly by fresh acidity - there are hints of graphite.

The midweight structure is seamlessly integrated with the fruit & is smooth. Alcohol is in balance & the long finish combines mouth-watering blackcurrant fruit with dry graphite notes.
