Chateau Pavie Decesse

Medium to deep, darkly pigmented purple-red in color. Black plum & kirsch aromas are overlaid by chocolate & cocoa notes on the nose. The wine has lively acidity & a milky-smooth texture at first.

Cedar & coffee notes from the tannins take over the mid-palate quickly, giving drying grip. Alcohol is balanced allowing milkiness & fresh red fruits return on the finish, which has fair length.
