

Chateau La Tour de Bessan Margaux 2019 |
Since the 2018 vintage, Chateau La Tour de Bessan has used new equipment for pour-overs. The R’Pulse system blows air under the marc while the fruit is macerating during the fermentation process. This system results in good ventilation and an easy passage of the must through the marc. The macerations lasted 10 to 25 days. The aging took place in barrels over a variable period adapted to the identity of the vintage.
Tasted in April 2020, the Chateau La Tour de Bessan 2019 reveals an expressive bouquet, marked by beautiful notes of ripe fruit, accompanied by toasted notes evoking coffee. On the palate, the wine immediately charms with its ample texture, showing savory tannins while retaining a great delicacy. A very fine vintage of Chateau La Tour de Bessan.
