Chateau La Couspaude

The wine has a medium purple-red color. Rich, ripe red-plum aromas on the nose are overlaid by a chalky note. On the palate the red-fruit opens to show a concentrated dark-fruit & licorice core, with good fresh acidity & leafy touches.

The tannins are fine, grainy & provide some grip, but close the finish up a little quickly. Alcohol is balanced & the finish is of mid-length.
