DESCRIPTION
A vintage defined first by a small harvest because we lose 50% of the harvest on the night of April 6th. The wine is typical; defined by a pure fruit and a very beautiful aromatic definition. There are touch of exotic fruits like mango; but also draws on the lemon confit. Floral nose of angelica dominates. We recognize also the peppermint character of Guiraud. On the palate the wine is clear; has a nice acidity; plays a perfect balance. It is a great Sauternes as we love produced!
