Cassis, a hint of menthol on the nose. Very sweet cassis fruit right at the start, but fades away a little on the mid-palate & doesn't have the weight you'd like. Evidently a weaker vintage, and not one for long cellaring. But maybe I'm selling it short - still an enjoyable wine
Very Fruity. Dark cherry flavor medium body wine. Smoke aroma. little acid n tannin well balanced.
Aromatic left band Bordeaux. Graphite, cigar, vanilla and a bit of ripe fruit. Lacks body. Soft, jammy structure. Round tannins, a mouthful of flavors. Not the most approachable wine.
