DESCRIPTION

Sweet, dense black cherry and blackberry flavors punctuated by smoky mushroom, liquorice and new oak notes carry into this wine's layered, concentrated palate, which is set in a steely yet ripe tannic structure.

90 % Merlot, 5 % Cab.Sauv and 5 % Cab.Franc. The Merlot very dominant with it's jammy, spicy presence. Aromas of Blackberry jam, cherries, herbs and grass.

This need aeration and after a while bitter chocolate and tomato stems are identified. Acid, minerals and hints of smoke on the palate. Slightly oaked. Complex. Grained tannins.
